Our Process – Hardwood Installation & Refinishing

We take every measure to ensure the least amount of dust and have documented the steps that we take to ensure your home is left clean and beautiful.

The job below involved carpet removal, sub-floor preparation, oak hardwood flooring installation, plastic covering of cabinets and refinishing of existing hardwood floors.

- Carpet is removed and pet stains are revealed

- Heavily pet stained floors should be covered with Kills to ensure freshness

- Although we use the Bona Dustless system, there is still a small amount of dust that gets in the air – cabinets whould be covered in plastic.

- Sub-floor is covered with a black vapor barior prior to hadrwood installation.

- Our sanders are connected to a large vacuum located outside in a special trailer which sucks out most of the dust as it’s created.
